"PORTLAND, Ore. -- Her bike was stolen right in front of her home and now a Portland woman is hoping someone will recognize the thief.
It happened two weekends ago at the corner of Southeast 44th and Hawthorne when Megan Lucas was out of town.... After Lucas filed a police report, she decided to take matters into her own hands.Lucas asked her building managers to scan their surveillance video and she watched as a man drilled through her U-lock and walked off with her bike.Lucas says the thief is about her age and he looks like he would fit in in this neighborhood."
