Anyone recognize this asshat in Long Beach CA?

So: Anyone here recognize this bike stealing asshat out in Long Beach?

Cases like this always get me cranky about security cameras, because even though there are great shots of the thief, it's always an uphill battle to ID the person and go from there.

Hopefully someone will recognize this guy ...
